The SNAP App Dashboard Follow
While we're able to send analytics data directly into Google Analytics, and also to push leads directly into your CRM, you can also view these items within the SNAP App Dashboard.
To get started, log in here.
Your first page will the Analytics page. The navigation bar running down the left side of your screen allows to quickly hop over to other sections.
In this article, we'll on Analytics, Leads, and Closing Tool Reports, as the other areas are administrative and self-explanatory.
On the analytics tab, view:
- Leads by website placement location: homepage, landing page, SRP, VDP
- Leads by device: desktop, mobile, tablet
- Overall conversion rate / Form conversion rate
- Trended funnel
To change which years or months you're viewing, or to run a comparison, use these buttons in the top right of the Analytics page.
Clicking on "By Month" will display your conversion funnel as well as percentage of users and leads by device type.
The Leads tab shows you each form completion, including the customer's information, the vehicle they requested a trade-in value for, additional details, and is sorted by date from most recent.
Clicking on the orange vehicle description, such as "2015 Toyota Corolla LE", opens up the market report that we delivered to the customer.
You can also download all leads directly from our system by hitting the "Download Leads" button.
Closing Tool Reports
This report is a list of vehicles entered in the Closing Tool Link (which allows dealers to pull market data without creating a lead), and quickly discuss the value of the trade for those in the showroom. The report allows them to see the list of those vehicles. It is intended for use by the sales team/managers when speaking to a customer on the sales floor.
