Subscribe to Instant and Weekly Emails of Leads Follow
Customers can choose to receive two types of emails related to their website leads from SNAP.
- Instant email with the lead details
- A weekly summary of leads received that week
These can be enabled either by Support, sales team, or the dealers themselves.
Reminder - we'll automatically push leads to your CRM. Take this extra step to receive the leads in your inbox also.
Dealers
Dealers can turn this on for themselves or their users via the dashboard by navigating to the "Dealership Users" section and checking off the boxes there:
Support / Sales
Find the specific user in the app and select the paper airplane to receive instant emails, and select the list icon to receive the weekly summary
