Leads in the TradePending App
Consumers that complete the questionnaire and receive an offer for their vehicle appear in the TradePending app just as SNAP leads do, but with a call-out to let you know that this consumer completed the process.
Your sales and BDC teams should prioritize these leads immediately, as they're typically more motivated to sell their vehicle.
You can also click the "Details" button inside the TradePending app to see how the consumer answered the questions.
