Google Analytics for SNAP Offer Follow
Just like with SNAP, you can see events from SNAP Offer in Google Analytics.
Follow these instructions to get TradePending and Google Analytics integrated.
After this, when you're looking at Events in GA, you can see events from SNAP Offer.
There are two potential paths for the analytics flow in SNAP Offer.
1) Normal path - the user completes the standard SNAP process first, then launches into SNAP Offer to get a single price offer
tbp_report_cta_shown - a user was shown the SNAP Offer CTA on their report
tbp_started - user started the SNAP Offer process, clicked on the CTA
tbp_completed - when a user answers the final question and lands back on his/her market report with their single price
2) Auto Start path - the user does not get a market report first. Instead they can either begin the process of:
- vehicle selection, contact form, questions, offer OR
- vehicle selection, questions, contact form, offer
Here are the "events" in Google Analytics that show the steps the user goes through
tbp_auto_start - user started the process
tbp_auto_vehicle_identified - user has identified their trade vehicle
tbp_auto_questions_answered - user has completed all questions
tbp_auto_lead_form_submitted - user has submitted the lead form
tbp_auto_completed - when a user answers the final question and lands back on his/her market report with their single price
tbp_auto_completed - when a user answers the final question and lands back on his/her market report with their single price
