The user enters this process through the standard SNAP approach, via the homepage, VDP, or SRP "value your trade" banner or button.
By asking fewer questions online, you'll increase the number of conversions, and limit the amount of deductions on the vehicle. This creates more willingness from the customer to come and visit in-store.
You'll notice we do not include a VIN or License Plate question here. Should you choose to add this, we strongly recommend making VIN/License optional for the customer to complete. Remember: your strategy here is higher conversions.
