Dealer Dashboard Overview Follow
When you log into the Dealer Dashboard you will be presented with multiple Icons on the left hand side of the page with a dropdown available for the user to choose which dealership they would like to look at if they have access to multiple dealerships.
The first icon is for analytics which shows the analytics for the Snap leads including the quantity, page the lead was generated from, and whether is was from Desktop or mobile etc.
You can also filter this by month and year by using the filter on the upper right hand side of the page.
The second icon is for Snap leads. This will show you all the actual leads being received in your CRM.
There is also a big orange Download Leads button which will allow you to download a list of all your leads.
The third icon is for Closing Reports. This shows the vehicles ran with your closing tool.
The fourth icon is the Dealerships icon. This will show and allow you to edit info for the dealership like your CRM company name, ADF email address and Website Technical contact.
On the right hand side of this page you can also see the Terms and Conditions.
The fifth icon is for Payments and Invoices. This allows the user to see all the invoices and it will tell them if they are paid or past due.
The sixth icon is the Dealerships Users icon. Here you can add/remove/edit users to have access to this dashboard if you have that access to do so.
The last icon provides Resources and Help links for multiple things like instructions on how to set up Google Analytics, Google My Business, Facebook and multiple other helpful items.
If you are a Superlatives customer then the Crown Icon allows for Superlatives customization.
The vehicle icon is Vins and their Superlatives which will show every vehicle that qualifies for a Superlative and what that Superlative is.
On the right hand side of this page you will also see a view details button on each vehicle which when clicked will show the Standard Superlatives that particular vehicle qualifies for as well as several other custom Superlative choices you can add.
The orange Support button on the bottom right hand side is for starting chats with TradePending support if you have a question for them.
