SNAP Analytics Overview Follow
This article is to help explain the Analytics portion in the TradePending App.
Once you select the Analytics tab in the App you can sort the TradePending tool engagement on the site by Comparison, Trends, and by Month.
(Overall)
Conversion: The number of leads divided by the number of unique users on your site
Form: The number of leads divided by the number of users who saw the conversion form.
(Desktop)
Conversion: The number of leads divided by the number of unique users on your site using a standard computer.
Form: The number of leads divided by the number of who saw the conversion form using a standard computer.
(Mobile)
Conversion: The number of leads divided by the number of unique users on your site using a mobile device
Form: The number of leads divided by the number of who saw the conversion form using a mobile device.
The Conversion Funnel provides a breakdown of the activity on your site.
Page Views: page views refer to a number of pages viewed or clicked on the site during the given time.
Sessions: a group of user interactions with your web site that take place within a given time frame.
Users: a person who utilizes a computer or network service.
Initiations: The first number is how many times the typeahead was initiated on the desktop/ The second number is how many times the mobile selection process was initiated.
Form Views: The number of times the contact form was displayed.
Leads: The total number of leads submitted.
Unique Leads: Total number of unique leads submitted based on internet device, not contact info provided.
Unique Users by Device breaks down the percentage of users by their devices.
Unique Leads by Page Type shows the engagement percentages on each page on your site.
Unique Leads by Device shows the percentage of leads each device.
Desktop Impressions shows the number of impressions made on your site, on each page, using non mobile devices.
Mobile Impressions shows the number of impressions made on your site, on each page, using mobile devices.
Desktop Submissions shows the number of submissions on non mobile device.
Mobile Submissions shows the number of submissions on mobile devices.
Impressions by Location is the total number of impressions made on each page as well as the percentage per page.
Vehicle Selection Funnel shows the number of reports ran based off certain vehicle criteria.
The Trends tab shows leads trends by location and device as well as conversion trends.
The Compare tab lets you compare dealerships within your group to see Conversion Rate, Form Conversion Rate, and Unique Users.
