Recommended Layout for SNAP Offer Custom Landing Pages Follow
Outlined below are the best practices for the layout of custom landing pages that funnel customers directly into SNAP Offer process, rather than going through the shorter SNAP process.
The goals of these pages are to 1) Get consumers to start the process 2) Explain how the process works.
Mobile Integration | Desktop Integration
Mobile
Your customer should be greeted on the mobile site with your hero image for this campaign. Below they will see a clear and direct CTA.
CTA : Get an Online Offer Now
After the CTA, the directions should be simple, Select Year.
TradePending has opted to lay out the years available directly on this page instead of using a scroll wheel or other entry device to limit the number of clicks the customer has to do. This allows us to mitigate drop off.
Below the years there will be a three part 'How it works' section to more clearly define the process.
Once the customer clicks on a year, they will proceed to choose the make, model, and trim of the vehicle. Following that they will be asked for their First and Last name alone with their phone and email.
That's when they are asked about their vehicle using your questions and your refined deduction amounts based on their answers.
Desktop
On the desktop integration it should be kept very simple. Have the hero image up top. Followed by the direct CTA of Get Your Online Offer Now.
Inside the TradePending container they will put their Year Make Model and Trim. Once they do, they will be asked for their contact info including their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone number. Once they do they will continue onto SNAP Offer featuring your questions, and your deductions based on their answers.
