One obvious and one less obvious but important point around Contact Validation:

Obvious: With contact validation, a dealership may get a far lower "count" of "lead records" - but their true count of actionable human leads may actually be the same as before - SNAP+ just helps get rid of some of the inevitable "chaff." Perhaps an obvious point, but perhaps worth noting if one is evaluating lead sources based on raw count of "lead records."

Less Obvious but Important: The Contact Validation feature accomplishes a 2nd, less obvious but equally valuable goal for a dealer (similar to the Share feature). A consumer may view the SNAP report and then get distracted / navigate away. With SNAP+, consumers are sent a link to the report - so there is going to be an enduring (until the consumer deletes it) message in their phone text message queue or email inbox - something that they can leave there and return to later - something that visibly reminds them that your dealership is ready to take their trade-in.

For the VDP View History feature:

Q: If a consumer looks at some vehicles, fills out the trade-in form, and then later looks at some additional vehicles, will the list of vehicles viewed include those looked at after the form was submitted?

A: Yes. The list of vehicles viewed is updated immediately.
